"Had to ask for updates"
The order turned out fine in the end. But I had to keep asking for updates. I wish they had let me know what was going on before I emailed. It wasn’t awful. Just a bit frustrating.

"Easy return, refund took a minute"
I bought a handful of drip parts from dripworks and then realized I didn’t actually need one of the pieces. Returning it wasn’t a big ordeal or anything — simple, fill out the usual stuff, send it back, and customer service got back to my email in a decent amount of time.

The only rough part was the refund was slower than I figured it would be. Not like it disappeared or anything, it did show up, just took a bit. So yeah, I’d still order from them again, I’d just keep tabs on the return and refund timing next time

"They made it right quickly"
I had the wrong part show up in my order, so I sent them an email hoping it wouldn’t turn into a big back-and-forth. They replied fast and shipped out the correct part without making it complicated. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company handles them, and they handled this one really well.

"Wish I’d Ordered Sooner"

"Good selection, but parts can be hard to track down"
They’ve got a ton of drip stuff, probably like a few dozen options or more, which is nice. But trying to find the exact part I needed was kind of a hassle and took me maybe 15-20 minutes of digging around. Good place overall, just wish it was a bit easier to narrow things down.

"Found What I Needed, But It Was a Bit Clunky"
I used dripworks.com to find some parts I needed, and overall it was okay... not amazing, but not terrible either. I did eventually find everything, but it took more clicking around than I expected. A few pages were a little slow to load, and the filters could definitely be more helpful. Checkout went smoothly though, so that was a plus. Not a bad experience... just not as seamless as I hoped.

I ordered a few drip irrigation parts from Dripworks, they’ve worked fine so far. The site was easy enough to use, they had the pieces I needed, and the quality seems solid. My only hesitation is the price. By the time I added the fittings and paid for shipping, it felt like I was spending more than I really wanted to for a small garden setup. I don’t feel like I got burned or anything, but I also don’t love feeling like I may have overpaid when there are probably cheaper options out there

"Products were fine, but the shipping caught me off guard"
I ordered a few drip parts from DripWorks and the parts themselves were totally fine — no complaints on the quality. What bothered me was the shipping cost. For such a small order, it ended up being higher than I expected, and I felt a little misled because I didn’t realize it would add that much until checkout. It makes it tough to just grab a couple replacement pieces when you need them. I’d probably order again, but only if I had a bigger list so the shipping feels more worth it.

"Kept Having to Change Plans"
I’ve ordered from Dripworks before and it was fine, but this time a bunch of the parts I needed were out of stock. It was frustrating because I was trying to finish my setup, and it felt like the goalposts kept moving every time I figured out what I needed. Either I had to wait, swap parts, or go hunt them down on another site. I just wish the inventory was more accurate before you get into planning an order. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.

"Friendly help, though I felt a bit ignored at first"
I had a few questions before ordering from Dripworks, and I’ll admit I felt a little ignored at first when I didn’t get an answer as quickly as I expected. But once I did get in touch with someone, they were really friendly and easy to talk to.
The person I spoke with was patient and didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions, which I appreciated. They helped me figure out what I actually needed, and the order went fine, but the helpful attitude is what I remember most.

"Good product, but the instructions made it harder than it needed to be"
I bought this from DripWorks and the product itself seems fine, but the install guidance was frustrating. It felt like a simple thing was made harder because some steps weren’t clearly explained or seemed to be missing altogether. I ended up having to look up videos from other places just to figure it out. Overall, the product is okay, but the instructions could definitely be better.

"Fast shipping and exactly what I needed"
I ordered some drip fittings and tubing, and I was surprised by how quickly everything got here. I had the tracking email the same day, and the box showed up just a couple days later. "Easy to deal with and trustworthy"
I ordered a few drip parts from DripWorks and the whole thing went smoothly. Everything showed up the way it was supposed to, nothing was missing, and I didnt see any random charges or surprises. The shipping updates were easy to follow too.

I had a quick question before I placed the order and they got back to me fast. They just came across as a legit company thats easy to work with, and Id definitely buy from them again
